Nardus Grove Attorneys is the legal practice of Engelbertus Leonardus Grove (“Nardus”). Nardus graduated with a law degree from North West University in 1983, after which he spent 6 years as a advocate with the National Prosecuting Authority. Nardus started Nardus Grove Attorneys in 1994 and has distinguished himself in many criminal and litigation cases.
Over time, Nardus has begun to specialise in environmental law, where he champions the rights of communities needing protection from Government and industry, as well as representing certain industries against Government in matters of compliance, health & safety and environment. Nardus has been involved in cases involving oil, water, noise and air pollution.
Now, together with a team of like-minded advocates and colleagues, Nardus concentrates on environmental and constitutional law, protecting the rights of individuals and championing the right of people to access treatments and cures for conditions and illnesses that are not available. The first step is to mount a constitutional challenge to decriminalise use of psilocybin, and ultimately to legalise use of psilocybin products.
